Shoft Industries Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL) is an integrated marine engineering and manufacturing company serving defence and commercial shipyards with engineered equipment, ship outfitting solutions and specialised shipping services.

SIPL supports Shoft Shipyard and other private and public shipyards with a range of marine engineering products and services, including the manufacture of deck machinery, propulsion and steering components, ship outfitting equipment, heavy engineering assemblies, onboard installation and lifecycle support.

SIPL is also registered with DGQA (Directorate General of Quality Assurance) Ministry of Defence as an approved equipment manufacturer and is a nominated vendor to major Indian shipyards and naval establishments.
